Dr Jhanavi Iyer

Jhanavi Iyer is a specialist respiratory physician with an interest in allergic diseases and asthma. She has experience in managing a range of conditions, including allergy testing, immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis (hayfever), and monoclonal antibody treatments for severe asthma and urticaria.

She sees adults and adolescents 16 years or older in the practice.

Dr Iyer completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2011. She completed her Basic Physician Training at Monash Health, and her Advanced Respiratory and Sleep Training at Alfred Health and St Vincent’s Hospital.

She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand. Dr Iyer also consults at The Alfred and St Vincent’s Hospital.
